After-Sales Service Manager Horology

Today, we are seeking a future After-Sales Service Manager Horology, a key member of our organisation who will ensure the quality, reliability and continuity of the customer experience.
Your main tasks
- Manage and monitor the After-Sales Service, liaising directly with our customers and our watch and jewellery partners.
- Check the quality of repaired or received items and ensure that documents (certificates, warranties, invoices) are in order.
- Supervise the watchmaking stock: inventories, supplies, security of high-value products.
- Coordinate shipments, returns and repairs, ensuring rigorous and timely follow-up.
- Be the trusted liaison between the company, partner brands and customers, ensuring impeccable service.
Your profile
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Trilingual in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written). Any other languages are an asset.
- Comfortable with IT tools (Office 365, CRM, document management)
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
- Integrity, reliability and discretion, in an environment where every action counts.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
